CSM acquires key player in North American bakery supplies market
CSM nv has reached agreement in principle with the owners of Carpro, Inc. (Georgia, USA) to acquire Carpro for USD 302 million. The two main operating companies of Carpro are H.C. Brill Company, Inc. and Caravan Products Company, Inc. with total annual sales of approximately USD 300 million. The acquisition will immediately contribute to CSM's earnings per share in the 2003 calendar year.
