We offer you a broad range of custom synthesis that covers different end group chemistries and catalysts – and batch sizes of up to 100kg.
Our main area of expertise lies in the custom synthesis of Homopolymers and co-polymers of lactides (L, D, DL), glycolide and/or e-caprolactone.
Custom synthesis to scale
We can produce molecular weights ranging from a few thousand to several million (Inherent viscosity up to 8); while our ICHQ7 compliant batch sizes range from 5kg to 100 kg and beyond. We offer a GLP batch size of up to 1.5 kg – and all with custom designed specifications and Certificates of Analysis.
The lead-time for a custom synthesised GMP batch varies from 6 to 26 weeks, depending on your needs.
We can also supply new polymer compositions in non-GMP, small-scale batches for your initial evaluation with a lead-time of 4 to 8 weeks.
