Corbion introduces Hydrated Ancient Grains, a unique blend of healthy grains and seeds, to meet growing consumer demand for less processed foods.

Hydrated Ancient Grains pairs the convenience of soaked grains with the ancient grain revolution sweeping across various product categories within the food industry.

Hydrated Ancient Grains contains amaranth, quinoa and chia, all high in protein, and is easily added to current bread formulas and can be added on top of current formulations. It contains a blend of hydrated and cooked (soaked) seeds and grains, which combine to deliver an excellent finished product, appearance and flavor.
