Following independent research by the CRF Institute, a specialist in the field of international research into working conditions, Purac has been named one of the Top Employers in the Netherlands for 2011. This distinction is only bestowed on employers who satisfy the stringent review criteria.

Purac is one of 54 organizations to be certified this year by the CRF Institute. As evidenced by the research conducted by the CRF Institute, Purac offers young talent exceptional career opportunities and fosters a strong company culture. By doing so, this company looks after its staff well.

All the organizations examined were assessed through extensive research into their HR policies based on the following criteria: Primary and Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions, Training and Development, Career Development, and Company Culture.

Purac meets the stringent requirements and may call itself a Top Employer for a year. Ruud van Es, Country Manager Benelux with Top Employers: "The review offers organizations a qualitative insight into their own position. It is also a proven means for attracting and retaining employees. Young, highly educated professionals in particular regard the mark of quality as proof of a good employer and consider this important when pondering their choice of future employer."

We are fast becoming an aging society. It is vital to organizations that they retain the right talent. Top Employers fully appreciate this and regard talent management as a top priority. They provide training, education, and development programs, and offer young professionals not just the things that interest them now, but also those that will prepare them for their next career step within the organization - sustainable employment relationships as a survival strategy.

Purac is extremely proud of the fact that it has been named a Top Employer in the Netherlands for the 2nd time, all the more so because this year the requirements were stricter and the final score was even higher.
