Verdad is our label friendly range based on corn or cane sugar fermentations (all with GRAS status). Now you can use ingredient statements like 'cultured corn sugar' and/or 'vinegar', while benefiting from excellent microbial control.

Fresh meat

Our Verdad family extends color stability and shelf life of fresh meat and poultry for multiple days – with added juiciness and flavor.

Cooked meat

Verdad products are ideal for Listeria control in both cured and uncured meat items. Research shows that Verdad N prevented to 2-log Listeria growth up to 120 days in various meat applications (available upon request).
