The General Meeting of Shareholders determines the remuneration policy for the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management, on the basis of a proposal made by the Supervisory Board.

Remuneration Report

The remuneration for the individual members of the Board of Management is determined by the Supervisory Board based on the proposal from the Remuneration Committee, within the boundaries of the remuneration policy.
